Over more than 50 years teacher Marybeth Hearn has trained 56 Guide Dogs in California and encouraged her family and students to train more. Tanya Austin reads a piece by Heather Bolton that also explains how you could help closer to home.

  • Heather trained as a journalist on newspapers and worked as a reporter, sub editor and editor for more than a decade. She later switched sides to work in-house for a number of high profile public sector organisations, helping them communicate effectively with the public, stakeholders and Government Ministers.
