All TNF Soundings content is made available for community broadcasters (Talking Newspapers, Talking Magazines, Hospital Radio & Community Radio stations) to download and broadcast free of change on condition that articles are broadcast in their entirety unedited. Broadcasters must include the opening and closing TNF Soundings jingles, the contributor’s introduction and the full content of the article in question.
Editing or altering the articles in any way is not permitted and constitutes a breach of the TNF terms and conditions that allow TNF Soundings content to be used free of charge.
TNF Soundings content is not to be used for commercial gain. The content is designed to be broadcast by local Talking Newspapers and Magazines, Hospital Radio, Community Radio stations and other relevant charitable organisations. The content is also available direct to interested individuals via this website, the podcast or by email subscription.
TNF Soundings content is always designed to be impartial, objective and fair. Use of this content is also governed by the wider Terms and Conditions below, which apply to the work of both TNF Soundings and our parent body the Talking News Federation.

The Talking News Federation is an independent charity and an umbrella organisation that represents the interests of local Talking Newspapers in the UK. Talking Newspapers improve the quality of life for people who have sight problems by bringing them the pleasure of listening to local news and information through a free, nationwide service of audio news. For the purposes of this disclaimer, TNF refers to all the constituent parts of the charity.
